Dwayne Haggins brings a smooth style of old country blues and soul. He’s got a high level backing band that includes guitar phenol Baxter Hall and bassist Will Woodard. They do many classic covers while at the same time mixing in some original music. Inspired by musicians such as Wayne Jennings, Leon Russell and Strugill Simpson, you will se Dwayne channel these guys and their styles in some sort of way while at the same showing his own style also. With his band and as a solo act Dwayne will go from a straight country tune like ‘Hey Good Looking’by Hank Williams, into a classic soulful song such ad ‘A Change is Gonna Com’ by Sam Cooke.
